When you sign in with Buffer we store your Buffer account id, name, email, organization names and the access tokens Buffer gives us. Tokens are encrypted. For each review link we store the client name and note you typed, the ids and a copy of the selected drafts, and the client’s decisions with the name they entered.
Only what you ask for: show the selected drafts to whoever has the link, move approved drafts to your Buffer queue, and add the client’s notes to the post in Buffer. We do not sell or share data, run ads or use it to train models.
People who open a review link do not sign up. Their name is kept in their own browser and sent with each decision.
Sign out to delete your tokens. Revoke Greenlight in Buffer’s settings to cut access at any time. Email hello@artuplabs.com to delete everything else.
